ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES:


  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
  • Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
  • Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of CEO, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by the CEO.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Operational (General)


  • Demonstrate Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Manage CEO calendar
  • Manage CEO office physically by controlling visits and addressing basic queries on his behalf.
  • Perform required activities involving the use of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Proactively evaluate the effectiveness of processes utilized within the designated department, and make and implement improvements as needed in order to increase efficiency.
  • Normal working conditions (office): travel for trainings; company events when requested.


Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:


  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Mandatory: minimum diploma in secretarial/administrative field or similar.
