Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Facility Engineer (FM Engineer) to manage and oversee facility management operations, ensuring efficient maintenance, compliance with technical standards, and continuous improvement of facility performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop facility management plans and strategies.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
  • Monitor and follow up on the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering, technical, and safety standards.
  • Oversee operation and maintenance of electrical systems and building services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth facility operations.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Saudi Nationality (Mandatory) – as per client requirement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management with a recognized FM company.
  • Strong knowledge of Facility Management systems (FM software / CMMS) and computer applications.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical systems in high-rise buildings.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
