Job Summary

The Facility / Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project execution and ensuring all requirements are met. This role involves managing facility operations, supervising teams, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered according to quality, cost, and contractual standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise project execution and ensure compliance with all requirements.
  • Manage work teams, distribute tasks, and ensure effective utilization of resources.
  • Coordinate and communicate with contractors and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Prepare and submit periodic progress reports.
  • Monitor and control project quality, costs, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Plan and schedule project resources, including procurement of standard and specialized materials.
  • Develop maintenance plans and implement computerized facility management systems.
  • Oversee performance management to ensure service delivery meets required standards.
  • Manage contracts and ensure proper implementation.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to clients regarding project progress and service quality.


Skills

Requirements

  • Saudi Nationality (Mandatory) – as per client requirement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 10–15 years of experience in facility management services within a reputable facility management company.
  • CFM (Certified Facility Manager) certificate is required.
  • Strong understanding and experience in managing multiple facility management projects.
  • Proven ability to control quality, costs, budgets, and expenditures for each project.
  • High expertise in maintenance planning and computerized facility management systems.
  • Strong experience in performance management and contract management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
