Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Manage and lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and morale.
- Conduct regular inspections of work progress and quality, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols, fostering a culture of safety among the workforce.
