Role Summary: Provides expert-level support for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure within a client's environment.
Troubleshoots complex infrastructure issues, optimizes performance, and provides guidance on best practices.
Acts as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to, diagnose, and resolve complex GCP infrastructure incidents.
Monitor and maintain the client's GCP environment, ensuring high availability and performance.
Implement and manage GCP services, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, and networking components.
Provide proactive guidance on GCP architecture, security, and cost optimization.
Document troubleshooting procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with Google Cloud support and engineering teams.
Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with GCP infrastructure services.
Expertise in Linux/Windows server administration.
Knowledge of networking principles and security best practices.
Experience with Kubernetes and containerization.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
GCP certifications are highly desired.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with Infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
Experience with automation and scripting.
