Job Summary;
As a Large Cap Analyst in our Global Corporate Banking team, you will work with Managing Directors, Executive Directors, Vice Presidents and Associates, assisting them with the development and maintenance of client relationships (business intelligence, financial analysis, marketing and execution). You will have full responsibility for a certain number of internal processes (obtaining approvals in the context of deal executions, highlighting and tracking Corporate Banking opportunities across the client list, review of financial statements, preparation of presentation and keeping an accurate reporting). In addition, you will be responsible to review and analyse client financial statements and assist in the preparation of pitch books/ executions.
The Global Corporate Bank (GCB) manages J.P. Morgan's relationships with large corporations and financial institutions globally to address clients’ banking needs and help them to grow. We help our clients meet their objectives and challenges in financing, risk management, working capital, cash management and investments. This role will be part of our Global Corporate Banking team covering MENA regionwith a focus on Saudi clients and be based in Riyadh.

Job responsibilities
- Assist Corporate Bankers in managing existing client relationships and developing new client base
- Prepare internal memos (Balance Sheet committee memorandum, relationship reviews, account plans)
- Leverage financial models and other financial analysis
- Assist senior team on client coverage initiatives
- Execute end-to-end client transactions
- Support project co-ordination, including client communication, co-ordination externally and within the bank
- Monitor and evaluate events, valuation and other financial information on the clients of the group
- Conduct industry and company research and helping with credit analyses (reviewing financial statements, listening to and summarizing investor presentations and supporting credit approval and documentation process)
- Maintain internal reports including revenue tracking and pipeline management
- Assist with the preparation of pitch books and other marketing material
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Outstanding academic record with prior corporate banking / investment banking / debt capital markets/ leverage finance / audit experience
- Proficient quantitative and analytical skills (including Excel modelling valuation and PowerPoint presentations)
- A team player with a high level of motivation
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, and have the aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and to develop innovative solutions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity
- Excellent technology skills with superior Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, detail oriented, organized, pro-active, intellectual curiosity
- Fluency in English
