About the location:



Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

The Role of Guest Experience Manager:



We currently have an opportunity for a Guest Experience Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!
Reporting to the Director of Rooms, you will be responsible for curating special experiences and memories for our guests.
Responding to a wide variety of guest requirements and requests ensuring our guests are privy to the best recommendations and personalized service, ensuring that every experience is unlike another and that each and every guest is the most important person in the room.

Our Ideal Guest Experience Manager candidate will have:



Expertise in luxury hospitality operations and proven leadership experience within Guest experience focusing on service quality. We are looking for a special individual whom shares our passion for excellence and whom delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests.
You will have a special talent for You will have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong business acumen, a passion for service and an exceptional eye for detail, an empathetic and caring approach, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.

Previous pre-opening experience is essential.

Supporting the Saudi nationalization scheme, we are looking forward to connecting with Saudi nationals who have a passion for excellence and high level guest service. Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
