• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum [5] years of experience in HR, including managerial roles
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
