HR Supervisor

Sealy Mattress Middle East, a prominent player in the MENA region's bedding industry, is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As the operation licensee of Sealy Inc. in Saudi Arabia and the surrounding region, we have a rich legacy that dates back to 1990 when we first introduced Sealy, Crown Jewels, and Stearns & Foster products to the Arab world. Our commitment to quality and innovation led us to establish a state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah in 1999, and since then, we have been at the forefront of the bedding industry, dedicated to providing premium sleep solutions to our customers. We pride ourselves on our strong customer service and product innovations, which have solidified our position in the global market, with 47 manufacturing operations worldwide. In this role, the HR Supervisor will play a pivotal part in shaping our workforce, ensuring that our staffing needs align with our business goals, while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture tailored to the hospitality industry. • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring timely sourcing and hiring of qualified candidates.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration.
• Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support in conflict resolution.
• Conduct performance appraisals and develop employee development plans.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
