Job Summary & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in HRIS management, preferably with UKG and SAP SuccessFactors. Strong understanding of HR processes and data management. Experience in system integration, troubleshooting, and user support. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.
Certification Required:
Proficiency in UKG and SAP SuccessFactors. Certification in SAP SuccessFactors and/or UKG is preferred.
Job Description:
The HRIS Specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the UKG and SAP SuccessFactors systems post-go-live, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with business needs. This role will focus on maintaining system performance, supporting end-users, and driving continuous improvement.
Detailed Responsibilities:
System Maintenance and Optimization
Manage the day-to-day operations of the UKG and SAP SuccessFactors systems. Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues. Collaborate with IT to schedule and manage system upgrades and patches. Optimize system configurations to align with business requirements.
User Support and Training
Provide support to end-users and address system-related concerns. Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance user proficiency. Maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation.
Data Management and Reporting
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity. Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making. Manage data migration and integration between HRIS and other systems.
System Integration and Projects
Oversee the integration of HRIS with other systems for seamless data flow. Support HR and IT projects related to system enhancements. Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors for system coordination.
Compliance and Security
Ensure HRIS systems adhere to organizational policies and legal standards. Manage system access and maintain data confidentiality. Participate in audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
