The Role
As the HR Director, you will oversee and drive the end-to-end HR strategy for a workforce with large-scale operations across sales, distribution, and manufacturing plants. - Extensive experience leading HR functions for large-scale operations, particularly in sales, distribution, and manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and eligibility to work in HR roles as per Saudi government regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing HR strategies that drive talent development and organizational success.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and operational teams alike.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR practices.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is essential.
