Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior management on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

Talent Acquisition & Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of top talent to meet project and operational needs.
  • Develop and execute onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Create and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage compensation structures and benefit programs to remain competitive in the industry.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and compliance.

HR Operations:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
  • Drive HR-related projects, such as policy updates and workplace safety initiatives.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in construction, real estate, or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Proven track record of managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
