We are currently seeking an experienced IBM DataPower Administrator to join our growing team.
In this role, you will manage, configure, and support IBM DataPower appliances and solutions, ensuring secure and efficient integration of services across various applications.
Your expertise will help us maintain high-performance environments while securing sensitive data and adhering to enterprise standards.

Private Health Insurance Training & Development DataPower Administration & Operations • Install, configure, and administer IBM DataPower Gateway appliances (physical or virtual).
• Manage domains, services, objects, certificates, and firmware upgrades.
• Perform configuration changes, deployments, backups, and restores.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance of DataPower environments.
API & Integration Support • Support SOAP and REST services, multi-protocol gateways, and API enforcement.
• Work closely with integration and application teams to deploy and support services.
• Troubleshoot service failures, latency, and connectivity issues.
Security & Compliance • Manage SSL/TLS, certificates, keys, OAuth, JWT, and security policies.
• Enforce enterprise security standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Handle security incidents and support audits when required.
Monitoring & Incident Management • Monitor DataPower using built-in tools or external monitoring solutions.
• Respond to production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in on-call and shift-based support, if required.
Documentation & Change Management • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Follow change management, release management, and ITIL processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for planned changes and deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills • Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataPower Gateway (XI50 / IDG / v10.
x). • Solid understanding of: • XML, XSLT, XPath • SOAP, REST, HTTP/S • SSL, TLS, certificates, encryption • Experience with API gateways and integration platforms.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers).
• Experience in Linux/Unix environments.
Experience • 5–8+ years in IBM DataPower administration/support.
• Experience in banking, financial services, government, or large enterprises.
• Production support experience in 24x7 critical environments.
Soft Skills • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work onsite in KSA with enterprise clients.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs.
Preferred / Nice to Have • IBM Cloud Pak for Integration experience.
• API Connect exposure.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience with OpenShift or container platforms.
• Arabic language skills (preferred but not mandatory).
