Ø Will be responsible for monthly / yearly inventory reconciliation and day-to-day admin duties.
Ø The incumbent will also be responsible for stock record maintenance and attending physical stock counts as required.
Ø The Inventory Controller will have responsibility for all Inventory control across the business from receiving and shipping to feed our business units across the country.
Ø Will have to do day to day set up as well as some cycle counting.
Ø He will be relied upon for reviewing current processes, followed by setting up new processes and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the inventory systems.
Ø Manage and help in the conducting of audits on all inventory highlighting and resolving discrepancies.
Ø Will play an active role in all stock taking activities and in house material control.
Perform any other tasks within area of specialty as assigned.
With all concerned Departments/ sections
Ø Computer Literacy: MS Office, Auto CAD at least medium level
Ø Good knowledge of technical design.
