Role Overview:


The Key Account Manager at ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is integral to fostering and maintaining successful relationships with our most important clients. The Key Account Manager will serve as a bridge between clients and the company, ensuring that all client expectations are met while also promoting ABANA's products and services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing timely responses and solutions to client inquiries and issues.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their needs and evaluate their satisfaction.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and accomplishments.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client portfolio to achieve sales targets.
