Eram Talent, a prominent talent acquisition company, is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Lead MDM (Master Data Management) Architect to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing master data management strategies and solutions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in data governance and architecture, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams to implement MDM solutions that align with business goals.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and design frameworks that enhance data quality and integrity.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Master Data Management strategy to meet business requirements and enhance data quality .
Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, and Technology departments to understand business requirements and translate them into Master Data Management architecture solutions.
Lead the design and architecture of MDM solutions considering scalability, performance and integration with existing systems Define and enforce Master Data Management architectural standards, frameworks, and methodologies across the organization.
Define data governance policies and standards to maintain the accuracy and reliability of master data.
Provide expertise in data modelling, data profiling, data quality assessments and data models management Collaborate with Data Quality and MDM teams to provide architectural oversight, inputs on standards & mentorship Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data consumption patterns and optimize MDM solutions accordingly.
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance the company's MDM capabilities.
Conduct the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide Technology systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security and seek approval from the Master Data Quality Manager on the same.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with Technology architecture standards and identify areas for improvement.
Drive the integration of new technologies and solutions, ensuring seamless interoperability with existing systems.
Provide technical expertise and support while, conducting the planning and execution of Technology projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in MDM, proposing innovative solutions to enhance business operations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) preferred 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, or related roles, with at least 5 years of experience in MDM.
Strong knowledge of MDM tools and technologies such as Informatica MDM, Talend, or SAP MDG.
Experience with data modeling, data integration, and data quality management.
In-depth understanding of data governance concepts and best practices.
Proven ability to design and implement MDM frameworks that improve data quality and accessibility.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
