Leasing Officer

Key Responsibilities

Ejar Platform Management

• Create, register, amend, renew, and terminate lease contracts on the Ejar platform.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of rental values, service charges, utilities, VAT clauses, and contract terms.
• Upload and maintain all required supporting documents (IDs, CRs, IBANs, permits, etc.).
• Track Ejar system updates and regulatory changes and apply them immediately.

Lease Administration

• Draft lease agreements in line with approved commercial terms and company leasing policy.
• Coordinate with tenants on contract signing, renewals, and amendments.
• Monitor lease expiry dates and ensure timely renewals or exits.
• Maintain a clean and auditable lease database (digital & physical).

Compliance & Regulatory

• Ensure all contracts comply with:

• Saudi leasing laws
• Ejar requirements
• Internal leasing and legal policies
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Property Management teams for approvals.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections when required.

Tenant Coordination

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants on leasing and contract matters.
• Clarify rental payments, utilities, service charges, and Ejar-related issues.
• Resolve contract discrepancies professionally and promptly.

Reporting & Controls

• Prepare periodic leasing reports (active leases, expiries, renewals, amendments).
• Flag risks, inconsistencies, or non-compliance early — no surprises later.
• Support management with leasing data for decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in leasing or property management (Saudi market required).
• Hands-on experience with Ejar platform is mandatory (not “familiar with” — actually used it).
• Strong understanding of Saudi real estate leasing regulations.

KPIs (How performance is measured)

• Zero rejected or non-compliant Ejar contracts.
• Lease registration turnaround time.
• Accuracy of contract data (no corrections after submission).
• On-time renewals and amendments.
• Tenant satisfaction on leasing processes.
