Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the leasing process for residential and commercial properties. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our properties are leased efficiently and effectively, maximizing occupancy rates while providing exceptional customer service to potential tenants. You will work closely with property owners, prospective tenants, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and maintain positive relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available units to prospective tenants.
2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and promote available properties.
3. Screen and qualify potential tenants through background checks, credit checks, and interviews.
4. Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
5. Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and correspondence.
6. Resolve tenant inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
7. Collaborate with property management to ensure maintenance and repair requests are addressed promptly.
8. Stay updated on market trends and rental rates to provide accurate information to clients.
9. Assist in the development of leasing budgets and forecasts.
10. Provide exceptional customer service to both tenants and property owners, ensuring satisfaction throughout the leasing process.

1. Proven experience in leasing or property management within the real estate industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse clientele.

5. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
