Riyadh International Based Positions – Legal International / Full-time / Hybrid
Main Responsibilities
+ Draft, organize, and file legal documents and correspondence.
+ Maintain and update legal files, contracts, and other records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
+ Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications for the legal team.
+ Track regulatory changes and compliance requirements to ensure alignment with business needs.
+ Liaise with external legal firms, vendors, and partners to facilitate smooth operations.
+ Prepare reports and summaries on legal matters as needed by the team.
+ Manage the preparation and organization of corporate governance documents.
Your Profile
+ Significant experience in a legal administrative role, ideally in e-commerce, technology, or retail sectors.
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
+ Familiarity with legal documentation, compliance requirements, and contract management.
+ Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace), with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
+ High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive legal information.
+ Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
