Logistics Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

1.Transportation Management:

a.Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments of raw materials, components, and finished AHUs.

b.Managing relationships with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

c.Overseeing the logistics of special shipments, including oversized or high-value items.

2.Inventory Control:

a.Maintaining optimal inventory levels of raw materials and components to prevent production delays.

b.Implementing inventory management systems to track stock and reduce waste.

c.Conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations.

3.Warehouse Management:

a.Supervising the storage and handling of materials in the warehouse.

b.Ensuring efficient space utilization and implementing best practices for warehouse operations.

c.Managing warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

4.Supply Chain Coordination:

a.Collaborating with suppliers to ensure a steady flow of materials.

b.Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable conditions.

c.Monitoring supplier performance and addressing any issues promptly.

5.Distribution Planning:

a.Developing strategies for the efficient distribution of finished AHUs to customers.

b.Coordinating with sales and production teams to align distribution schedules with customer demands.

c.Managing distribution networks and optimizing delivery routes.

6.Logistics Analytics:

a.Utilizing data and analytics to monitor logistics performance.

b.Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, transportation costs, and inventory turnover.

c.Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.



Requirements

1.8 years of experience in similar position

2.Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Equivalent
