About the Role:

The Operations Manager will have full ownership of end-to-end ride-hailing operations, profitability, and growth. This is a KPI-driven, P&L-accountable, results-oriented role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily ride-hailing operations across cities (drivers, fleet, field ops, support).
  • Manage supply-demand balance, driver performance, and retention.
  • Expand operations into new cities or service verticals.
  • Drive operational profitability (unit economics, cost per trip, contribution margin, incentive efficiency).
  • Grow B2C riders and trips; manage B2B/corporate rides (SLAs, pricing, service quality).
  • Work with tech/product teams on dynamic pricing, matching, and cancellations.
  • Define, track, and improve core KPIs (completed trips, ETA, cancellations, active drivers/riders, revenue per city).
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi transport regulations.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years in operations management in ride-hailing, taxi, delivery, or marketplace platforms.
  • Proven experience owning KPIs, operational performance, and P&L/unit economics.
  • Strong understanding of driver lifecycle management (onboarding, incentives, retention).
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic.
