Job Description

The Project Management officer has a central role in the management and implementation of insulin localization projects in KSA. It supports project manager through:


  • The development and monitoring of project timelines.
  • The development and monitoring of the project budget throught the different phases.  
  • Assessing the tasks progress with project item owners and analyzing the impact on deadlines and costs.
  • Reporting and updating project data on Corporate software tools
  • The organization of project documentation and project share points.
  • The preparation of regular project reporting to NUPCO & local content
  • Develop and update detailed project timeline, taking into account deadlines, resources and interdependencies.
  • Participate in the development of project budgets, working closely with stakeholders to align the resources needed for project objectives.
  • Supervise and coordinate regular assessment of task progress, analyze deviations from initially anticipated deadlines and costs.
  • Identify potential risks affecting planning and budget, and develop simulation scenarios to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Create reports and dashboards to communicate project performance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the integrity of project data in Corporate reporting and management systems, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Participate in the preparation of Steering Committee (Steering Committee) presentations and other governance groups of the project.
  • Contribute to the preparation of business case presentations for projects, highlighting the financial and operational aspects.
  • Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure the progress of each workstream.
  • Consolidate data from expert visits and prepare detailed reports including recommendations and actions to be taken.
  • Monitor the payment of suppliers in coordination with the subsidiary’s finance department
  • Ensure the introduction and updating of project data in the Corporate reporting tools (Shine, SAP. )
  • Organizes project share points and project documentation

Skills


· Mastery of planning tools and software (Ms Project, Excell, etc.)


· Mastery of communication tools and software (e.g. Power Point)


· Mastery of financial project management indicators/KPIs.


· Communication skills and familiarity with cross-functional interactions with all stakeholders of the different project phases.


· Autonomy, ability to work as a team, good relationship, proactivity, rigor, availability and a good knowledge of project management


· English level: Advanced


Training / Professional experience required


· Master's degree in a mechanical, electrical or electronics.


· Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position in industrial project management.
