Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator, you will:

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently per standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine checks, maintenance, and cleaning to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records in real time.
• Comply with permit-to-work, lockout-tagout, and all site safety procedures.
• Promptly report equipment faults, quality deviations, or safety concerns and support investigations.
• Assist with changeovers, handovers, and materials handling to meet production plans.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with the following skills and qualifications:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience operating packaging machinery.
• Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Basic understanding of health, safety, and hygiene practices.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift moderately during work hours.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site and participate in shift patterns.

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are a plus:

• Technical diploma or vocational certificate in mechanical, electrical, or production-related fields.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and basic quality systems.
• Basic computer skills and experience with manufacturing systems or digital logs.
• Experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or changeovers.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English for effective communication.

Work Arrangement:
This position is based on-site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and may require shift work, including nights. The role involves working in a controlled, clean manufacturing environment with strict adherence to safety and hygiene practices.
