As a MarketingManager,you will be responsible for achieving the organization's objectives by managing sales operations, fostering innovation, developing strategies, and maintaining the company's market position amidst competitors. A key attribute of a Marketing Manager is the ability to handle crises within the company or organization. Additionally, you will guide the marketing team towards goals that maximize the sale of products or services to the target audience.


Key Accountabilities
  • Develop appropriate plans for promoting the organization’s products or services.
  • Set marketing goals for the organization and ensure their full execution.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor marketing plans, addressing errors to minimize deviations.
  • Strengthen the company’s competitive ability and maintain its market position.
  • Evaluate and monitor advertisements, assess response rates, identify weaknesses, and address them effectively.
  • Determine appropriate pricing strategies by conducting studies on the offered product or service to maximize profitability.
  • Negotiate with and monitor advertising agencies.
  • Analyze technological and physical factors to seize the best marketing opportunities for the organization.
  • Fulfill additional tasks as required by the organization.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the same role.
  • Proficiency in conducting marketing research that supports organizational goals
  • Ability to lead sales teams and motivate them to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Strategic planning and analytical thinking skills to address varying organizational conditions.
  • Strong language proficiency and competence in using computer software.
  • Expertise in utilizing the internet and modern tools for digital marketing.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to influence and convince others.
  • Effective meeting management skills and crisis management capabilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and uphold the company’s reputation.
