Job Description

The Maximo Engineer plays a crucial role in the management and optimization of asset performance within the civil and mechanical engineering sectors. This position is essential for organizations looking to enhance their operational efficiency through effective asset management strategies. The Maximo Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining IBM Maximo systems, ensuring that all functionalities are utilized to their fullest potential. This role requires a deep understanding of asset management principles, as well as the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of Maximo solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and configure IBM Maximo applications to meet business needs.
  2. Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
  3. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system-related issues.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation related to Maximo processes and procedures.
  6. Analyze system performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  7. Assist in the integration of Maximo with other enterprise systems.
  8. Stay updated with the latest Maximo features and enhancements.
  9. Manage user access and permissions within the Maximo system.
  10. Support project management initiatives related to asset management.
