For more information on GroupM, our agencies and WPP, please visit and Position Overview The Media Executive is responsible for supporting the development and execution of media plans and campaigns. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing media schedules, and ensuring the efficient implementation of media strategies to meet campaign objectives and client needs. Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and execution of media plans, including the scheduling and placement of ads across various channels. Coordinate with media vendors and ensure timely delivery of media assets and placements. Maintain relationships with media vendors and assist in sourcing new opportunities and securing media buys. Collect and analyze media performance data, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization. Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding media planning and execution. Manage media schedules, trafficking of ads, and ensure all media materials are delivered accurately and on time. Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitive landscape. Monitor ongoing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance and achieve campaign goals. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media technologies, and best practices. Share knowledge and insights with the team to support innovative media solutions and strategies.
Required skills / experience:
Must be a Saudi National. Experience of 1 years, ideally in Media Planning, or in Advertising or Media vendors or content (Twitter, Snapchat, Shahid, DMS, Ad stream, Spotify etc..). Holder of a bachelor's degree in marketing or advertising or journalism from a reputable University. Exceptional organizational and communication skills to work closely with and build relationships with brand managers, creative producers, and media stakeholders. * Detail oriented and proficient at managing projects, organizing, prioritizing and structuring workload.
