We are searching for an experienced MEP Director to lead our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering efforts. In this critical role, you will oversee all MEP-related aspects, ensuring the successful integration of systems while maintaining our high standards for quality, safety, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design, procurement, and installation of MEP systems throughout various projects.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and MEP specifications.
- Review and approve MEP designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Develop and manage the MEP budget and schedule, ensuring timely delivery across all project phases.
- Oversee site inspections and tests to ensure all installations meet safety and performance standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to MEP systems and coordinate issue resolution.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in MEP engineering to drive innovation.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and team members, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
