Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Mills Manager to oversee operations at our state-of-the-art Wheat milling facility in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing milling operations, ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of the wheat milling process to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Plan, direct, and oversee all plant operations to ensure the production of high-quality Wheat milling products.Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production efficiency, minimize downtime, and meet performance targets.Manage and lead plant staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all aspects of plant operations.Oversee the maintenance of plant equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and timely repairs to avoid production interruptions.Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and supply chain requirements to meet customer demands.Implement and sustain quality assurance programs to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Develop and manage the plant budget, controlling costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and logistics, to align production with business goals.Represent the company in regulatory inspections, audits, and industry events as required.
