Job Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing hiring processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on various sites and identify the most effective sourcing channels for prospective requirements.
- Source potential candidates through online channels, including social platforms and professional networks.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates, ensure alignment with job requirements, and provide the shortlist to hiring managers.
- Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles, evaluating qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Prepare the legally required documents for employment offers to new joiners, ensuring compliance with SAFE Policy and procedure.
- Track hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire, to assess recruitment efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a robust talent pipeline.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- +1 years of experience in various rules.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in both English & Arabic.
