Operations Manager

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to enhance our operational efficiency and contribute to our long-term success.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, ensuring that our production and distribution processes run smoothly and efficiently.
You will lead a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with different departments to improve performance and ensure that we meet customer expectations.

Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.

Collaborate with other departments to align operations with business objectives.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution sector.
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in relevant software and database management.
Male. 30 to 40 years old.
Saudi or Lebanese national.
