We are looking for an experienced Oracle Developer to design, develop, and maintain Oracle ERP applications supporting daily operations and ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and BI Publisher objects.
Build and maintain integrations across HRMS, Payroll, and Finance modules.
Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and support code releases.
Manage bug fixes, deployments, and change requests.
Collaborate closely with functional and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications & Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
Specialized training in Oracle development or database technologies preferred.
Certifications such as Oracle APEX Developer or Oracle Database Professional are a plus.
Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12 / 12c).
Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL, Forms/Reports, and Oracle APEX development.
Good knowledge of BI Publisher and XML integration .
