· Manage and maintain all Core HR functionality.
· Manage and maintain all Payroll functionality.
· Analyze business requirements and provide functional and technical solutions within Oracle HCM.
· Configure Payroll, HRMS, and Self-Service modules.
· Perform data migration, integration and validation.
· Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in Oracle HCM EBS.
· Provide mentorship and guidance to end-users.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to ensure seamless system integration.
· 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules (HR, Payroll, SSHR etc.).
· Aware about Oracle HCM data models, APIs, and table structures.
· Proficient in Fast Formula, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and user-facing skills.
· Oracle HCM Certification is preferred.
· Bilingual (English , Arabic preferred)
