We are currently seeking a People Operations Lead to support our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring each employee has a seamless experience.
- Oversee employee benefits programs including medical insurance, ensuring effective communication and administration.
- Manage the processing of financial claims related to health benefits, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records while ensuring privacy and data security.
- Coordinate attendance management, leave requests, and holiday schedules.
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations including GOSI and maintain records for reporting purposes.
- Drive initiatives for employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
