  • Monitor and compare project costs against the budget, highlighting discrepancies.
  • Conduct risk and delay analysis, recommending corrective actions.
  • Optimize resource allocation (manpower, equipment, materials) to meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with teams, contractors, and suppliers for accurate progress and risk data.
  • Ensure contract compliance with schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Manage schedule and cost changes, suggesting plan revisions as needed.
  • Support in claims preparation and resolution of delays or cost overruns.
  • Represent client needs in planning meetings and ensure project alignment.
