We are seeking P&PM Analyst to join New Energies Planning & Performance Group to plan and execute planning and performance management (P&PM) analytical activities.
The Planning Group oversees comprehensive reporting across various timeframes, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, to assess the organization's overall performance. Additionally, they develop strategic plans of 10-year investments, 3-year business strategies, and mid-year/year-end accountability reports, while also conducting regular quarterly business reviews. Their responsibilities extend to monitoring departmental expenditures, analyzing variances, correcting errors, and consolidating performance inputs from transactions, key performance indicators (KPIs), narrative, risk assessments, and more.
