Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PMO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project management functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving successful outcomes. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain industry-specific project management methodologies.
Utilize tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Visio to support project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Coordinate and facilitate project management activities within the PMO, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and maintain work schedules, track details, and ensure progress toward goals.
Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
Leverage strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 + years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically in a PMO environment.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Visio.
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), P3O, ITIL (preferred).
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
