Job Description
Manage the product life cycle and its marketing, promotion, branding and tactical activities to achieve company’s short- & long-term objectives.
- Gather and analyze market data and market dynamics.
- Analyze & investigate current market situation in macro & micro environment for the assigned product.
- Develop marketing plans & design strategies for the assigned product to ensure achieving targets.
- Manage pre-launch activities.
- Develop field force capabilities through workshops and training to all functional teams (medical background, product, competitors and market knowledge).
- Identify new demands, market size development, and new trends & competitors activities.
- Analyze business potential in the assigned field.
- Develop product pricing & positioning strategies.
- Support and Monitor field force implementation of action plan & performance of the product.
- Work closely with medical dept. to get updated information of product and market dynamics.
- Formulate effective branding strategies in respect of market presence.
- Maintain familiarity with different market segments, conditions and customers attitudes in assigned country.
- Drive product launches including working with different cross functional teams.
- Visit the territory with medical representatives & field force teams to ensure that the maximum product knowledge is being provided to customers & recommend training accordingly.
- Enhance customer relations & satisfaction through different tools.
- Set business plans for the assigned field including setting qualitative and quantitative objectives and budget allocation.
- Deepen market study & research to launch new products.
- Identify the mix of marketing variables that will best serve each target market.
- Prepare periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct manager for review.
- Manage agency relationships to ensure timely delivery of assigned tactics and that they align with strategy.
- Ensure confidentiality of all documents and information related to work.
Perform any other duties related to the job according to the business needs.
-Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
-5 years and above of experience in similar position.
