As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and optimization of the coffee shop's menu, product offerings, and customer experience across multiple locations. The role combines market research, menu innovation, cost management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure consistency, quality, and profitability across the group.


Key Accountabilities
  • Conduct market research and surveys to identify customer requirements and market trends. This task includes analyzing competitor data, gathering customer feedback and comments, and making informed product decisions.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers, to develop products that meet customer needs and align with company goals.


  • Develop market entry strategies and launch products, including creating marketing campaigns, training sales teams, and managing the product roll-out.


  • Develop and implement a product roadmap that defines the vision, goals, and timeline for future product releases.


  • Analyze product performance metrics to track progress and success, identify areas for improvement, and monitor sales, customer feedback, and user behavior data.


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Business Management, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Marketing, or Food Science.
  • 5 years of practical experience in food product management .
  • The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights, including understanding customer needs, market trends, and product performance metrics.


  • Effective communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and communicating product strategies to stakeholders.


  • The ability to lead and guide cross-functional teams, motivating them to achieve shared goals, managing conflicts, and motivating teams to meet product objectives.


  • A solid understanding of product design is crucial for product managers, including knowledge of design principles and best practices in user experience (UX).


  • Understanding the business context of the product is critical, including familiarity with the industry, competition, and revenue models.
