Raytheon Saudi Arabia in alignment with the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS), has a position for an experienced
Program Director in a rapidly growing and complex international business environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing sustainment and training contracts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will be working on integrated master program plans, manage relationship of these programs with the customer, respond to questions and resolve issues.
In this role you will report to the Managing Director of Raytheon Saudi Arabia Ltd. and will have impact across all functions and the program team. And you will focus primarily on providing key team members to executing the sustainment programs, including the cross functional stakeholders in the matrix organization, and be the prime focus in customer engagement in Jeddah.
This accompanied role will be based in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for an international assignment with additional compensation.
Willingness to deploy to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and frequently travel between Jeddah and Riyadh.
What You Will Do
Responsible for developing, growing, and managing the LADS portfolio in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), partnering with the U.S. based program teams to manage the overall profit & loss for the business area. Assist in the development and direction of a broad, multi-functional team consisting of program management, business professionals, multiple functional teams comprised of engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain management. Apply disciplined program management resources and processes to maintain excellence in implementation. Regularly interact with the End-User (Saudi Military Leadership) by managing and nurturing the business relationship, managing expectations vs. scope of contract, proactively addressing emerging needs, identifying results, and ensure compliance with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Collaborate with program managers for these programs to understand their needs and results and facilitate a cadence to cultivate synergy across the programs to identify and resolve cross program issues.
Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignment including comprehensive post-offer medical examination.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 14 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 12 years’ experience. Program Management (PM) certification level 3, or ability to obtain within a year of employment, or industry equivalence. Experience in Program Management. Experience in overseeing the sustainment and maintenance of complex weapons systems or equivalent. Familiarity with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts Product knowledge of Patriot systems. Detailed understanding and use of export and import controls, compliance, and licensing. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Prior experience living and working outside of the United States. CMX certified. Experience in developing customer relationship. Experience with managing through organizational change and rapid growth. Experience in developing and guiding high-performing and diverse teams. Ability to work effectively in a exciting, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements. Agility to quickly turn end-user wants into tangible business opportunities. Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.

The salary range for this role is 171,000 USD - 343,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
