Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on the Programming Manager (MICE) role at King Fahad Cultural Center. A renowned global venue operator is looking to build a highly motivated team to support its operations at a newly refurbished venue in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. King Fahad Cultural Center (KFCC) features a 2750-seat main auditorium and will present worldclass productions across multiple genres. With its state-of-the-art facilities, KFCC is set to become a leading venue for cultural activities in Riyadh. The venue will host an extensive range of events leveraging the latest technological advancements.


Summary of Role:

  • Assist the Proggramming and Events Diretor in developing and actively pursuing opportunities for the venue to attract new musical and theatrical promoters, MICE events and weddings, always thinking innovatively, bringing originality to the programme.
  • Develop and sustain key relationships through excellent communication and knowledge of their work at the venue and elsewhere as well as working with new partners and engaging new events and audiences.
  • Work closely with the the wider team to deliver a programme to match the venue’s national and international status.
  • Demonstrate a first-class service to internal and external stakeholders including venue staff, promoters, corporate clients and other third parties through excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Act as an ambassador for the venue.
