The Project Interface / Coordinator Manager will be responsible for managing communication, coordination, and integration between multiple stakeholders, contractors, and project teams. The role ensures smooth workflows, timely delivery, and alignment of all activities with project objectives, safety standards, and quality requirements.


Your role
  • Act as the central point of contact between project stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate design, engineering, and construction activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, progress, and deliverables to avoid delays.
  • Organize and lead interface/coordination meetings, documenting decisions and action items.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Track resource allocation and ensure efficient use of manpower and materials.
  • Review and validate project documentation, drawings, and reports.
  • Identify risks, conflicts, or overlaps between teams and propose corrective measures.
  • Support site teams with technical and administrative coordination.
  • Prepare regular progress and interface reports for senior management and clients.
About you
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in coordination or interface management roles within road and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and project workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure timely project delivery.
