Position Summary:


The Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and contract requirements. The role leads multidisciplinary teams, manages risks, communicates with clients and stakeholders, and drives project performance while mentoring staff and supporting business development initiatives.


General Description of Role and Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee all aspects of project delivery, including planning, design, construction, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or delays.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and internal teams to provide project updates and resolve any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract documents, and quality standards.
  • Manage project risk and develop contingency plans as needed.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
