• Conduct routine quality control tests on products at various stages of production.
• Use precision measuring instruments and equipment to verify product specifications.
• Document and report test results, noting any deviations from standards.
• Monitor production processes for adherence to quality standards, report deviations, and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Perform visual and mechanical inspections of products and materials.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and other QC activities.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Investigate non-conforming products, collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions, and monitor and adjust their effectiveness as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, participate in audits and inspections, and stay updated on industry best practices in quality control.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in QC processes, implement best practices and innovative solutions, and participate in training to stay current with QC techniques and technologies.
• Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the job.
