· Conduct visual, mechanical, and electrical inspections on BESS units and their components (batteries, inverters, control units, wiring, etc.)
· Use measuring tools and calibration instruments to verify compliance with specifications.
· Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
· Verify the quality of incoming materials and components before assembly.
· Complete inspection reports, checklists, and testing records accurately.
· Immediately report and document any non-conforming products or processes.
· Issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and coordinate with related departments for corrective actions.
· Assist in end-of-line functional and performance testing of BESS systems.
· Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
· Ensure that safety standards and procedures are followed during testing.
Complete any tasks assigned by superiors.
