What You’ll Be DoingAs the Regional General Manager, you’ll oversee a thriving
$60M+ business, leading a team of over 50 passionate professionals. You’ll navigate the diverse markets of MENA, transitioning business models, optimizing channel partnerships, and unlocking untapped potential across sub-regions.Your focus will be on:

What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a visionary leader with:
- Extensive Experience: 15+ years in sales, marketing, Dirand channel management, preferably in medical capital equipment.
- Proven Success: A track record of exceeding regional targets and driving P&L growth.
- Leadership Excellence: Strong interpersonal and coaching skills to inspire and develop a cohesive, motivated team.
- Strategic Acumen: The ability to create innovative strategies, overcome barriers, and deliver results in complex markets.
- Multilingual Advantage: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; French is a plus.
Location & TravelThis is an onsite role based in KSA with
40% travel across the region.
