RO Manager

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage RO plant operations and technical teams
• Full knowledge of RO plant processes and performance requirements
• Manage plant chemicals in line with RC operational & environmental standards
• Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, SCADA systems
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders on daily operational matters
• Oversee RO membranes, CF replacement, media handling
• Plan, schedule, and execute all RO operational activities
• Maintain and review monthly O&M records
• Prepare RCA reports and monthly maintenance reports
• Review and approve materials, spare parts, and prepare purchase requisitions
• Review equipment failure reports and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management systems
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
