Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, expanding the customer base, and driving revenue growth in alignment with company goals.


This role requires a strong background in IT and B2B sales, proven experience in leading high-performing teams, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key enterprise and government clients. The Sales Manager will work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and finance teams to ensure business success and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


1. Sales Leadership & Strategy


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and market share growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities, key accounts, and emerging business segments.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the sales team and monitor their performance regularly.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and ensure alignment with business goals.

2. Team Management & Development


  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales, negotiation, and product knowledge skills.
  • Establish a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, achievement, and continuous improvement.

3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across enterprise and government sectors.
  • Oversee strategic account management to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Support high-value negotiations and ensure consistent engagement with decision-makers, procurement, and IT stakeholders.

4. Sales Operations & Collaboration


  • Oversee proposal development, quotations, and tender submissions in collaboration with pre-sales and product teams.
  • Ensure proper coordination with delivery, logistics, and finance teams for seamless project execution.
  • Manage vendor relations to secure competitive pricing, certifications, and opportunity registrations.

5. Market Insights & Business Growth


  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud solutions.
  • Provide strategic input on pricing models, new product launches, and business expansion opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner engagements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in Riyadh, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large enterprise or government clients.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT products and solutions (e.g., Managed Services, ITO, Cybersecurity, Cloud)
  • Familiarity with government and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
