We’re hiring a Sales Manager who is currently in KSA to own day-to-day sales execution, drive results through people and systems, and scale performance across a high-volume sales operation.
Build, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets, tracking performance, and supporting continuous improvement.
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company growth objectives and market opportunities.
Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and upsell opportunities to expand the customer base and increase lifetime value.
Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs, using data to guide decisions and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment between sales promises and service delivery.
Use AI and automation to accelerate pipeline growth, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and support scalable revenue expansion.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams while staying hands-on when needed.
Strong commercial mindset with experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Strategic thinker who can translate company goals into actionable sales plans.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency, insights, and scalability in sales.
