About the location:
Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.
The Role of the Sales Manager As Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sale and marketing plan that encompasses both new and existing accounts. Your main objective will be to exceed revenue targets through various strategies, including outside sales calls, on-site visits, sales tours, and community networking.
One of the key aspects of this role is the requirement for travel. While some may view this as a drawback, it's actually a tremendous advantage.
To excel in this position, you should possess exceptional skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients. A positive attitude coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to create meaningful connections and drive business growth.
Your extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry will be vital in understanding market trends, identifying opportunities for revenue generation, and effectively positioning the Four Seasons Hotel as the top choice for discerning customers.
Knowledge and Skills
Local Three years previous experience in Luxury Hotel selling negotiated corporate accounts and strong negotiating skills. Traveling is a requirement An excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in the English language. Strong planning and organizing skill. Proven track record in pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling, and confirming business as required in order to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability. Experience with cluster / multi-properties is an advantage.
