Overview of the role:
Drive commercial growth of Freight Forwarding business by efficient management of all sales channels and also bring new customers on board and manage additional business from existing customers whilst managing multiple relationships internally and externally.


What you will do:


  • Manage & deliver Sales budget set for the financial year 
  • Identify and develop new client base
  • Develop strong presence of Al Futtaim Logistics amongst MNCs in KSA
  • Liaise with other sales channels, including network partners, regarding customers of global potential
  • Evaluate sales successes and failures to optimize efforts and identify issues
  • Business development by value addition selling 
  • Retention of existing clientele that assigned to external sales for upselling
  • Performance reporting

Required Skills to be successful:


  • Comprehensive expertise in international freight forwarding, market trends, and global trade practices.
  • In-depth understanding of the freight forwarding and supply chain industry within the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Extensive knowledge of trade dynamics involving KSA and the wider GCC/Middle East region.
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively, with a strong aptitude for influencing customer decisions and driving positive outcomes

About the Team:


Reporting to the MENA Manager and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders.


What equips you for the role:


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding sales within KSA market
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
